We have partnered with Perfect Wedding Guide here in Kansas City. We are now apart of their far reaching organization to help brides and grooms plan their perfect wedding. You are probably thinking what can a dentist offer that would be helpful in planning a wedding. Well, that would be the perfect smile of course!

Our 2nd Annual Dentistry from the Heart – June 11, 2011

On Saturday, June 11, 2011, Perfect Smiles Dental Care proudly hosted our 2nd annual DFTH event here in Lenexa, KS. The day started off a little rocky as our building electricity went out at 6:25 a.m. We were to begin seeing patients at 8:00 a.m. KP&L politely informed us it would be ‘at least 2-3 hours’ before they could have our electricity back on. We did our best to check in as many patients as we could manually and patiently waited for the electricity to come back on. At 9:30 the power came back on! The music started and we began ushering the first patients into the building for their free dental care. The day ended at 4:30 p.m. with a total of 80 deserving patients being seen. We gave away a total of $14,000 worth of free dentistry. We have many photos of the day – which will be posted shortly. All who were able to stay with us during our delay had a good time and were very appreciative of the care they received. As we thanked each patient at the end of their appointment for coming to see us the frequent reply we got was, “No, thank YOU for doing this!”

We would like to thank all of those doctors, assistants, hygienists, front office administrators and St. James High School Students who helped us with the event: Dr. Kelly Bridenstine, Dr. Tyson Marrs, Dr. Kirk Collier, Dr. Serese Cannon, Dr. Andrew Moore, Dr. Ann Fay and Dr. Caryl Earp. Hygienists, Becky, Alaina and Aram.
